Q: The outlets aren't working.
βœ” Check if the trailer is connected to shore power or generator.
βœ” Try resetting the GFCI outlet (usually located in kitchen or bathroom).
βœ” Check the circuit breakers under the panel inside the trailer.

Q: The battery seems dead.
βœ” Plug into shore power or start generator to recharge.
βœ” Turn off non-essential lights/appliances.
βœ” Use propane for fridge/heater to save battery.

πŸ’‘ LIGHTING

Q: The interior lights won't turn on.
βœ” Check the main battery disconnect switch near the entrance.
βœ” Flip the wall switches near each light or ceiling fixture.
βœ” Confirm battery is charged (see above).

πŸ”₯ PROPANE & APPLIANCES

Q: The stove or heater won’t ignite.
βœ” Ensure propane is turned ON at the tank.
βœ” Wait a few seconds after turning the knob to ignite.
βœ” Try manually lighting the stove with a lighter if igniter isn’t working.

Q: The fridge isn’t cooling.
βœ” Ensure fridge is set to AUTO or GAS mode.
βœ” Check propane supply.
βœ” Allow 4–6 hours to fully cool after starting.

🚽 WATER & PLUMBING

Q: No water coming out of the faucet.
βœ” Turn on the water pump if not connected to city water.
βœ” Ensure freshwater tank has water.
βœ” Check all faucet handles are fully open.

Q: Toilet won't flush.
βœ” Press the foot pedal all the way down.
βœ” Make sure the black water tank isn’t full.

❄️ A/C & HEATING

Q: A/C isn't blowing cold air.
βœ” Must be plugged into shore power or using generator.
βœ” Adjust thermostat settings.
βœ” Keep windows & doors closed while running.

Q: Furnace isn’t heating.
βœ” Confirm propane is turned on.
βœ” Thermostat must be set to β€œHEAT” and above current temp.
βœ” May take a minute to ignite.

πŸ›  COMMON ISSUES

Q: Slide-out won’t move.
βœ” Ensure trailer is level & battery is charged.
βœ” Check for obstructions outside.
βœ” Control panel is usually near the entry door.

Q: Awning won’t retract.
βœ” Make sure power is on and try the switch again.
βœ” If stuck, do not force manually – call us for assistance.

🧼 HOLDING TANKS

  • Fresh Water (White Tank): Supplies sinks & shower

  • Gray Water (Gray Tank): Holds used water from sinks/shower

  • Black Water (Black Tank): Holds waste from the toilet

Q: Nothing turns on / No power inside.
βœ” Make sure the main battery disconnect is turned ON (usually near the entry door).
βœ” Check if the RV is plugged into shore power, or start the onboard generator.
βœ” Confirm circuit breakers and 12V fuses (located in the fuse panel) are not tripped or blown.

Q: Generator won’t start.
βœ” Ensure there is at least 1/4 tank of fuel (generator won’t run below this).
βœ” Try the start button inside or on the generator itself.
βœ” Hold for a few seconds to prime before releasing.

πŸ’‘ LIGHTING

Q: Interior lights not working.
βœ” Flip the main interior light switch near the door.
βœ” Ensure battery power is ON.
βœ” Some individual lights have their own toggle buttons.

Q: The stove or furnace won’t ignite.
βœ” Confirm propane tank is turned ON.

βœ” Add a bit of water to the bowl if it’s dry.

❄️ A/C & HEATING

Q: A/C not working.
βœ” Requires shore power or generator running.
βœ” Set thermostat to COOL and lower temperature.
βœ” Keep all windows/doors shut.

Q: Furnace not turning on.
βœ” Ensure propane is ON.
βœ” Set thermostat to HEAT and raise the temp above room level.
βœ” It may take 30–60 seconds to ignite.

  • Always ensure slide-out and awning are fully retracted before driving.

  • Use side cameras and backup monitor when reversing.

  • Watch clearance (height ~11'5") at drive-thrus, bridges, and trees.
